Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Request needs to be sent to OPM of the respective location, they will reset the password. You will receive an email once the password is reset. Use the temporary password in the email and login in. Change your password once you have logged in.

OPM CHN & OPM NY: mseema@chn.aithent.com

  • Check if the user name and password are being entered correctly without typo.
  • Click on “forgot password” link and generate new password. (Ref: image above)
  • If you receive alert message “Account not activated”, send email to aipc_support@chn.aithent.com for activating.
  • Request needs to be sent to OPM of the respective location, they will activate the account.

    Click on the Forgot password link to generate a new password, use this password to log in and once logged in change the password.
